When I made holiday cards for my coworkers this year, I added drawings of birds in holiday accessories, which was unique for each person. They were done pretty quickly, but I liked them a lot so I wanted to share them here.
Later I redrew the crow in the Christmas cardigan in my sketchbook, and I made another drawing of a burrowing owl in a Santa hat, which I also wanted to share:
I even started a new needlepoint project based on the snowy owl drawing. I'm hoping to turn it into an ornament for next year.
I'm sad the holidays are over, but I'm looking forward to next year when I can continue to draw birds this way!
